I decided to make a video to go along with the pictures from the splits challenge I did! This video goes through the poses that I did every day for a month to make progress on my front splits. You can always go look at the original post here with the photo instructions, or you can simply follow along to this video.
As I stated in the original post, monkey pose takes some serious flexibility and requires you to be gentle while working on it. Don’t force yourself deeper into the pose, and please back away from pain or strain. It’s easy to overdo the stretch!
